Ralph Sampson
FOUNDER
Sampson, who led his high school team to three state championships, went on to the University of Virginia, achieving a 123-22 record, a championship, and three National Player of the Year titles. Drafted first overall by the Houston Rockets, he averaged 21 points and 11 rebounds as a rookie, winning NBA Rookie of the Year and earning five All-Star selections. He also played for the Warriors and Kings, and is inducted into the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame, and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.
Robert Sampson

Standing at 6'8" with a 7'1" wingspan, this versatile forward has trained under basketball legends Ralph Sampson (Hall of Fame) and Tim Grover, and sharpened his game at Impact Basketball. Known for blending intensity with discipline, he brings a high-IQ, team-first mindset to every level of play. Robert started his college basketball career at East Carolina University and graduated at Georgia Tech with a business degree where he also made a mark in Conference USA, finishing among the league's top rebounders, shot blockers, and efficiency leaders—earning All-Tournament honors during a 2015 CIT championship run.
Robert's professional career spans across top leagues in Vietnam, Japan, Romania, Argentina, Montenegro, and the NBA G-League. Most recently, he starred for the Nha Trang Dolphins (Vietnam), averaging 21.1 PPG and 14.7 RPG while leading the team in scoring, rebounding, and blocks—earning nine Game MVPs and breaking the league's single-game scoring record. A proven shot-blocker and impactful two-way player, he’s earned accolades like EuroBasket Player of the Week and MVP of the Dubai International Open, all while helping multiple teams reach championship contention.
Lamont Goins
DIRECTOR
Lamont Goins, a highly respected Director of Basketball Operations, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and has over 20 years of logistical experience. He developed and implemented the ACTSports basketball program in Staunton, VA, managing 13 youth teams and a travel AAU division, and coached at Union Pines High School for over 5 years. A former student assistant under Coach Jeff Capel, Sr., at Pinecrest High School, Goins also co-hosts “The G.Q. Coaches Show” podcast, featured on ESPN radio and other platforms.
Ralph Sampson III
COACH
Ralph Sampson III attended Northview High School in John Creek, Georgia. As a senior, he averaged 19.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 7.0 blocks per game in leading Northview to its first state tournament appearance and a 21-9 record.
After High School Ralph III attended the University Minnesota started every Big Ten Conference game, helping the Gophers earn an NCAA tournament bid, and finished second on the team in both rebounds and blocked shots per game. Sampson started at forward and center in his sophomore and junior seasons for the Gophers and saw his minutes, points, and blocks per game increase each year.

Alyssa Lundgren is a respected fitness and nutrition expert with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and over 13 years managing a medical research lab at the University of Virginia. An award-winning dancer and accomplished athlete, Alyssa founded her own consulting business, where she creates personalized, science-based nutrition programs for high school, college, and professional athletes, focusing on both physical fitness and mental well-being.
