Our virtual small group training is designed for individualized training for participants in small groups of 3 to 5 athletes per session. If you are looking to improve your skills during downtimes, this coaching is for you. Coaching includes the following: pre warm-up stretching, nutritional tips, movement skill, ball handling, shooting technique and more. Up to 5 athletes in each session.
During our 1-on-1 virtual basketball training sessions, we focus on developing and critiquing essential skills such as advanced ball handling, shooting form-accuracy-consistency, footwork and balance, perimeter scoring moves, mental preparation, and focus.
